Dr. Bernard Kirshbaum, D.D.S.
Dr. Bernard Kirshbaum is a native Washingtonian and a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown Dental School. He was the senior partner of Watergate Dental Associates and practiced adult general dentistry for 40 years. Dr. Kirshbaum retains an active role in helping move Watergate Dental into the future.
Dr. Kirshbaum has been recognized as one of Metropolitan Washington’s “Top Dentists” by the Washingtonian Magazine, and he has consistently been listed as one of “Washington Area’s Top Dentists” by Consumer Checkbook in their annual reviews.

Dr. Thomas E. Gluck, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.
Dr. Gluck received his BA degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University in 1979, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1983, earning his D.M.D. degree, and completed a Clinical Residency in General Dentistry, also at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. As a former Teaching Fellow in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and a former part-time Faculty member at the Dental Care Center of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Gluck has been actively mentoring young dentists.
As part of his advanced training, Dr. Gluck has attained a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is currently working on his Mastership. He has also completed advanced training in CEREC© Ceramic Restorative Dentistry, and has attained a Preferred Invisalign Provider status through his completion of many cases and ongoing Continuing educational levels. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Computerized Dentistry, the Renaissance Study Club, and the Washington Dental Science Study Club. Dr. Gluck continually seeks out Continuing Education courses that will help him keep up with the latest technologies and advances in Dentistry, in order to better serve the needs of his patients.
Dr. Gluck has consistently been voted a Top Dentist by Washingtonian Magazine every year since 2010.
Dr. Gluck practices General Dentistry with a specialization in all aspects of Cosmetic Dentistry, creating the perfect healthy smile for his patients. Dr. Gluck has incorporated the latest technological advances in his practice, such as the Dexis digital radiography to enhance his diagnostic capabilities, and the CEREC© all-porcelain crowns and ceramic restorations that help him create beautiful and long-lasting tooth restorations in a single dental appointment. Specialty Training and Experience
Dr. Kreuzer has specialty training in three fields, Periodontics, Periodontal Prosthesis-Fixed Prosthodontics, and Implantology but does not "limit" his practice to any field. For three years during his postdoctoral training in the dual specialties of Perio and Perio-Prosthesis at the University of Pennsylvania, he also practiced the specialty of Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) exclusively in the evenings and on saturdays in a faculty members private practice. This extensive educational background and experience in treating advanced cases allows him to be able to save the patients natural teeth for as long as reasonably possible in health and in function.

Dr. Margo J. Robinson, D.M.D.
Dr. Robinson attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she received her D.M.D. degree in 2006. Following graduation, Dr. Robinson practiced General Dentistry as an associate at a private office in Bristol, CT for two years. She relocated to the Washington, D.C. area in 2008 and began practicing in the Watergate, where she became a partner in 2009. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Dental Association, the DC Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Renaissance Study Group, the Spear study club, and she is also Invisalign© Preferred provider.
Dr. Robinson has found living and practicing in Washington D.C. to be very fulfilling and rewarding, and she has been practicing at the Watergate since 2008. She is a general dentist that regularly performs crown and bridge work including same-day CEREC restorations, implant placement and restorations, Invisalign© treatment, root canals, extractions, laser dentistry, and many other common and necessary dental procedures. Dr. Robinson routinely keeps on the cutting edge of new technologies in dentistry by using digital x-rays, digital intraoral imaging, and laser dentistry to improve the level of patient care. She focuses on prevention of disease, and strives to reach new levels of patient education. She is continuously looking to learn and improve her skills by taking continuing education courses throughout the year, and aims to offer the highest possible level of patient care in her practice. She is passionate about providing the best possible dental experience for patients, and strives to always learn new techniques to improve patient care.
Dr. Robinson is an avid skiier, golfer, biker, runner, swimmer, and wakeboarder. She lives in nearby Arlington, VA, with her husband and two young boys. She cherishes her family time and looks forward to introducing her many activities to her children.
Dr. Maggie Saludis, D.D.S
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Saludis graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Neuroscience. She later went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland in 2018. During her time in dental school, Dr. Saludis developed a passion for giving back to the community through dentistry. She served as the community service chair for her class and had an active role in planning and providing care at several Mission of Mercy clinics across Maryland.
Following graduation, Dr. Saludis completed her postdoctoral residency at the Mountain Area Health and Education Center in Asheville, NC. Here she provided dental care to the rural populations of Western North Carolina while advancing her skills in general dentistry. After completion of the program she relocated to Washington, DC to begin her career in private practice.
Dr. Saludis is experienced in performing many facets of general dentistry including crown and bridge fabrication, implant placement and restoration, root canal therapy, extractions, and laser dentistry. She keeps up to date with the latest dental technology including same-day CEREC restorations, laser dentistry, digital x-rays, and intra-oral photography.
As a dedicated member of the dental field, Dr. Saludis maintains membership in several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Women Dentists, and the DC Dental Society. She strives to provide the highest quality care in a friendly and comfortable environment while educating and empowering every patient she treats.
While not practicing dentistry, Dr. Saludis enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, trail running, snowboarding and swimming. She is also an avid animal lover and remains a huge fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams.
