Dr. Bernard Kirshbaum, D.D.S.
Dr. Bernard Kirshbaum is a native Washingtonian and a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown Dental School. He is the senior partner of Watergate Dental Associates and he has been practicing adult general dentistry for 40 years.
Dr. Kirshbaum has been recognized as one of Metropolitan Washington’s “Top Dentists” by the Washingtonian Magazine, and he has consistently been listed as one of “Washington Area’s Top Dentists” by Consumer Checkbook in their annual reviews.

Dr. Thomas E. Gluck, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.
Dr. Gluck received his BA degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University in 1979, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1983, earning his D.M.D. degree, followed by a one year Clinical Residency in General Dentistry also at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. As a former Teaching Fellow in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and a former part-time Faculty member at the Dental Care Center of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Gluck has been actively mentoring young dentists.
As part of his advanced training, Dr. Gluck has attained a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is currently working on his Mastership. He has also completed advanced training in CEREC© Ceramic Restorative Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Computerized Dentistry, the Maimonides Dental Society, and the Washington Dental Science Study Club.
Dr. Gluck practices general dentistry with a specialization in all aspects of cosmetic dentistry, creating the perfect healthy smile for his patients. Dr. Gluck has incorporated the latest technological advances in his practice, such as the Dexis digital radiography to enhance his diagnostic capabilities, the CEREC© all-porcelain crowns and ceramic restorations that help him create beautiful and long-lasting tooth restorations in a single dental appointment. He uses intraoral digital photography to help design the cosmetic changes envisioned by his patients, and to communicate effectively with the ceramists in the dental laboratory. Along with Invisalign© orthodontic tooth alignment, and the Lumineers© porcelain veneers, Dr. Gluck sculpts dazzling healthy smiles for his patients.

Specialty Training and Experience
Dr. Kreuzer has specialty training in three fields, Periodontics, Periodontal Prosthesis-Fixed Prosthodontics, and Implantology but does not "limit" his practice to any field. For three years during his postdoctoral training in the dual specialties of Perio and Perio-Prosthesis at the University of Pennsylvania, he also practiced the specialty of Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) exclusively in the evenings and on saturdays in a faculty members private practice. This extensive educational background and experience in treating advanced cases allows him to be able to save the patients natural teeth for as long as reasonably possible in health and in function.

Dr. Margo J. Robinson, D.M.D.
Dr. Robinson attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she received her D.M.D. degree in 2006. Following graduation, Dr. Robinson practiced General Dentistry as an associate at a private office in Bristol, CT for two years. She relocated to the Washington, D.C. area in 2008 and began practicing in the Watergate, where she became a partner in 2009. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Dental Association, the DC Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Renaissance Study Group, the Spear study club, and she is also Invisalign© Preferred provider.
Dr. Robinson has found living and practicing in Washington D.C. to be very fulfilling and rewarding, and she has been practicing at the Watergate since 2008. She is a general dentist that regularly performs crown and bridge work, implant placement and restorations, Invisalign© treatment, root canals, extractions, laser dentistry, and many other common and necessary dental procedures. Dr. Robinson routinely keeps on the cutting edge of new technologies in dentistry by using digital x-rays, digital intraoral imaging, and laser dentistry to improve the level of patient care. She focuses on prevention of disease, and strives to reach new levels of patient education. She is continuously looking to learn and improve her skills by taking continuing education courses throughout the year, and aims to offer the highest possible level of patient care in her practice. She is passionate about providing the best possible dental experience for patients, and strives to always learn new techniques to improve patient care.
Dr. Robinson is an avid skiier, golfer, biker, runner, swimmer, and wakeboarder. She lives in nearby Arlington, VA, with her husband and young son. She cherishes her family time and looks forward to introducing her many activities to her son.
Dr. Victoria Pugh Keir, DDS
Dr. Victoria Keir (nee Pugh) is a recent transplant from New York City, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University. For her academic performance while at Columbia, Dr. Keir was awarded the 2016 Dental Student Award from the American Academy of Periodontology.
Born and raised in nearby Frederick, MD, Dr. Keir attended the University of Maryland, College Park. She graduated with a B.S. in Neurobiology with High Honors and a B.A. in Art Studio. For her research in neuroscience, Dr. Keir was awarded an Undergraduate Research Fellowship from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Her research on adult neurogenesis was published in the Journal of Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience.
For the 2016-2017 academic year, Dr. Keir is attending the American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse Program and Clinical Residency in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This program will give her a comprehensive and specialized knowledge base in implant dentistry. Additionally, completion of the program will make Dr. Keir eligible for licensure in IV sedation. The program is directed by her grandfather, Dr. Hilt Tatum. Dr. Tatum is a world-renown dental implant surgeon and pioneer in modern implant dentistry. Inspired by his innovation and clinical skill, Dr. Keir is hoping to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps as she begins her educational journey in oral implantology.
Dr. Keir practices general dentistry and participates with many insurances including, but not limited to, Delta Dental, Aetna, Metlife, United Healthcare, GEHA / Connection Dental, United Concordia, Assurant / DHA, Ameritas and Cigna. Her areas of practice include, but are not limited to: cosmetic dentistry, crown & bridge, root canal therapy, dental implants, and gum grafting surgery.
In her spare time, Dr. Keir enjoys painting, dancing ballet and reading. Her intellectual interests outside of dentistry include art history, opera, philosophy and business. She and her husband Graham live in Northern Virginia. They are enjoying getting to know the Washington community and taking advantage of all the Nation’s Capital has to offer.
