Thomas E. Gluck, D.M.D., F.A.G.D.

Dr. Thomas Gluck Dr. Gluck received his BA degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University in 1979, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1983, earning his D.M.D. degree, followed by a one year Clinical Residency in General Dentistry also at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. As a former Teaching Fellow in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and a former part-time Faculty member at the Dental Care Center of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Gluck has been actively mentoring young dentists.

As part of his advanced training, Dr. Gluck has attained a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, and is currently working on his Mastership. He has also completed advanced training in CEREC© Ceramic Restorative Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Computerized Dentistry, the Maimonides Dental Society, and the Washington Dental Science Study Club.

Dr. Gluck practices general dentistry with a specialization in all aspects of cosmetic dentistry, creating the perfect healthy smile for his patients. Dr. Gluck has incorporated the latest technological advances in his practice, such as the Dexis digital radiography to enhance his diagnostic capabilities, the CEREC© all-porcelain crowns and ceramic restorations that help him create beautiful and long-lasting tooth restorations in a single dental appointment. He uses intraoral digital photography to help design the cosmetic changes envisioned by his patients, and to communicate effectively with the ceramists in the dental laboratory. Bernard H. Kirshbaum, D.D.S.

Dr. Bernard Kirshbaum is a native Washingtonian and a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown Dental School. He is the senior partner of Watergate Dental Associates and he has been practicing adult general dentistry for 40 years.

Dr. Kirshbaum has been recognized as one of Metropolitan Washington’s “Top Dentists” by the Washingtonian Magazine, and he has consistently been listed as one of “Washington Area’s Top Dentists” by Consumer Checkbook in their annual reviews.

Dr. Hasan Sami Osseiran A graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry with certification in Occlusion, TMJ Management and Prosthodontics, Dr. Osseiran received a Master of Science degree from the same institution for his invention of an intraoral prosthesis treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and & Snoring. He holds a subspecialty in surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry from the New York University School of Dentistry and was awarded a prestigious Mastership from the American Academy of General Dentistry. With more than 3,000 hours of continuing education covering all dental disciplines, Dr. Osseiran focuses on maintaining a mastery of ever-evolving dentistry advancements. Dr. Osseiran also received the honor of being recognized as one of America’s Top Dentists in cosmetic and Implant Dentistry for the 2005-2006 year from the Consumer Research Council of America.

Margo J. Robinson, D.M.D.

Dr. Margo Robinson Dr. Robinson attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she received her D.M.D. degree in 2006. Following graduation, Dr. Robinson practiced General Dentistry as an associate at a private office in Bristol, CT for two years. She relocated to the Washington, D.C. area in 2008 and began practicing in the Watergate, where she became a partner in 2009. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the DC Dental Society, the Renaissance Study Group, the Maimonides Study Group, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation©, and she is also Invisalign© certified.

Dr. Robinson has found living and practicing in Washington D.C. to be very fulfilling and rewarding. She is a general dentist that regularly performs crown and bridge work, implant restorations, invisalign, root canals, extractions, laser dentistry, and many other common and necessary dental procedures. Dr. Robinson routinely keeps on the cutting edge of new technologies in dentistry by using digital x-rays, intraoral imaging, and laser dentistry to improve the level of patient care. She focuses on prevention of disease, and strives to reach new levels of patient education. She is continuously looking to learn and improve her skills by taking continuing education courses throughout the year, and aims to offer the highest possible level of patient care in her practice.
